QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our BioTek Package Systems are designed in computer aided environments with the knowledge of environment, construction, mechanical and electrical engineering. It meets the high quality standards with its operational efficiency principle in manufacturing, transportation and assembly stage. Our past elements are hundreds of applications running across Turkey to the life of the quality assurance.

Material and Equipment Warranty

Our company guarantees all kinds of equipment and instruments to be used in the treatment plant for a period of 2 years from the date of commissioning, provided that they are operated in accordance with the instructions.

Maintenance and Service Guarantee

The units and equipments are periodically visited by us for 2 years from the date of commissioning and subjected to maintenance and control. The performance of the units is also monitored during this time.

Process Guarantee

Provided that the issues stated in relation to the plant population and wastewater flow are valid, our company guarantees that the treatment unit will provide effluent water in accordance with the quality standards defined in the following Environmental Law Water Pollution Control Regulation for 2 years. Otherwise, it undertakes to make the necessary arrangements and arrangements in the treatment unit for free.
